As assessor, coach and applicant.Davy has spent more than 30 years delivering complex projects and developing the people behind them. As lead developer of bp's APM Recognised Assessment he built and ran a Pathway 4 scheme from the inside, and he has since coached over 100 professionals to Chartered status and conducted 40 Pathway 4 recognised assessments. At PM Elevation he leads client engagement and applies his deep experience and knowledge into everything we do.

Davy's foundation is the work itself: over 30 years on complex projects, and just as long developing the people delivering them. The judgement the ChPP standard asks applicants to evidence is judgement he built on real projects first.
Inside the standard at bp
As lead developer of bp's APM Recognised Assessment, he built and ran a Pathway 4 scheme from the inside, and went on to facilitate on the APM pilot for Pathway 1. Few people have seen the standard from as many angles.
The other side of the table
He has conducted 40 Pathway 4 recognised assessments and coached over 100 professionals to Chartered status, holding ChPP and FAPM himself. PM Elevation exists to put that experience directly in applicants’ hands.
